Shortlist is an alternative to a recruiter in that we manage the administration function of taking a hiring advert response, track the applications and we charge for that time whereas a Recruiter will tend to charge 10% - 30% commission per placement. One of the biggest reasons that companies use recruitment agencies is because they simply don’t have the time to find staff themselves. However a company that uses recruiters and makes four hires a year can end up with a hefty bill in recruitment agency fees.
We see ourselves as a great opportunity for HR Managers and Hiring Managers to outsource the most time consuming part of the application process by handling the applications for you. You’re still in control of the hiring process and we help you cut the time it takes to hire someone in half. We also help you save up to 80% of your typical recruitment costs.
Using Shortlist prevents recruitment from being time consuming and expensive.
As our charges are volume based each role is regarded as an assignment therefore if a role is readvertised repeatedly there is only a charge for the total amount of resumes reviewed. You will be invoiced on a pro rata basis every 2 months.
